Some of our older scouts just returned from a 6 day, 50 mile backpacking hike along the Appalachian Trail. We started in Tyringham MA, summited Mt. Greylock and finished in North Adams all the while carrying our gear and food supplies. Prior to going on our 50 mile hike in August, we all went on a 10 mile practice hike in the Blue Hills in July.
